I'm not sure what I should do next regarding this issue, and I don't know why it started to happen. Recently, games like Counter Strike: Global Offensive, Team Fortress 2, and PAYDAY 2 are not downloading correctly. What has happened, is that I start downloading or updating one of those 3 games. However, the download speed that it reaches suddenly decreases and eventually stops, leaving an 'Update Required' message on the Downloads page.

I've reinstalled Steam, done the 'steam://flushconfig' trick, disabled any programs that would have interferred with Steam, reset my router, and some other possible solutions but nothing has worked. What bothers me the most about this is other games like Elder Scrolls: Skyrim, Amnesia: The Dark Descent, and PAYDAY: The Heist were deleted but redownloaded with no issues. Has anyone else come across this problem, and has anyone fixed it? If this was not the best place to ask, then I apologize, I'm just very confused on what is going on.

Thank you to those who read and provide some help.
